You will be joined by Email Marketing Managers, Heads of, Directors, Managers of Ecommerce from a variety of eCommerce brands.

How much is attendance?

 

It’s free for eCommerce brands only.

Can I bring a plus one?

 

Of course! Please feel free to extend the invite to one of your colleagues. We will need them to register to attend so please make sure they have also filled out the registration form on this page.

When will my place be confirmed?

We will be located directly on The River Thames, right by Waterloo Bridge, opposite the BFI and Royal Festival Hall. Just a 5 minute walk from Waterloo Station.

What happens if it rains?

 

We know that English weather can be notoriously unpredictable so if it is due to rain we will notify you within 24 hours of the event to reschedule.

COVID-19 procedures

 

Face masks - All of the restaurant staff will wear face masks during service and when working preparing and serving your food.

Socially distanced service - The restaurant will serve food and drinks as socially distanced as possible. 

Hand sanitiser - The restaurant will have hand sanitiser stations positioned around the venue for you to use.

Can you accommodate for dietary requirements?

 

We are able to accommodate and cater for any dietary requirements as well as offer an alternative vegetarian, pescatarian or vegan menu. Please provide this information when asked to specify dietary requirements on the registration form.

Terms of entry

 

When attending the BBQ Club, the attendee assumes the risk of suffering an illness or fatality related to COVID-19 as a result of their attendance at event, and agrees (on their own behalf, and on behalf of their estate, heirs, successors and assigns) The event organiser shall bear no liability in respect of any such illness or fatality unless it is proven that the illness or fatality was suffered as a result of the wilful misconduct or gross negligence of the event organiser. No attendee will bring any claim that is inconsistent with this paragraph.
